Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes the rules and guidelines for using CoordinateIQ (“the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, users agree to follow this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

1. General Principles

CoordinateIQ is designed to help sales professionals improve preparation, coaching, and performance. Users must always use the Service in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner.

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, submit, or generate through the Service.

2. Prohibited Activities

A. Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Use

  • Engaging in unlawful activities or violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Uploading, transmitting, or generating content that is fraudulent, misleading, or intended to deceive.
  • Using CoordinateIQ to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.

B. Misuse of Email, Calendar, and Communication Features

  • Sending spam, unsolicited marketing, or abusive communications.
  • Using aliases or forwarding systems to store, process, or transmit bulk emails.
  • Attempting to circumvent rate limits, automation limits, or platform safeguards.

C. Security Violations

  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of CoordinateIQ systems.
  • Interfering with security features or attempting to bypass authentication.
  • Introducing malware, scripts, or code that may harm the Service or other users.

D. Misuse of AI-Generated Content

  • Using AI outputs to impersonate individuals, create deceptive identities, or mislead others.
  • Generating content intended for harassment, discrimination, or other harmful behavior.
  • Using AI features in ways that violate privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights.

3. Data and Privacy Responsibilities

Users must only upload or forward information they are authorized to share. This includes calendar invitations, contact information, company data, meeting details, and email-based forwarding workflows.

Users may not upload sensitive or regulated data unless expressly permitted, including:

  • Personal health information (PHI)
  • Credit card numbers or financial account credentials
  • Government-issued identification numbers
  • Classified, export-controlled, or confidential materials without authorization

CoordinateIQ processes data under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, but users remain responsible for ensuring their use complies with their employer’s policies.

4. Fair Use of the Platform

  • Do not attempt to overload or stress the system through excessive API calls, scraping, or automation.
  • Do not use automated systems or bots to interact with the platform unless expressly allowed.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of CoordinateIQ services.

5. Respectful Use

Users may not use the Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any person or organization
  • Generate discriminatory, hateful, or harmful content
  • Engage in conduct that damages CoordinateIQ’s reputation

6. Enforcement

CoordinateIQ reserves the right to investigate violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including:

  • Warning the user
  • Temporary suspension of access
  • Permanent termination of accounts
  • Legal action when required

CoordinateIQ may also remove content that violates this policy or poses risk to the platform or its users.

8. Updates to This Policy

CoordinateIQ may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means users accept the updated policy.
